Wrong values

The more we drive our brightest bankers away from trading and toward being bankers lending money for the growth of REAL businesses in the United States and the rest of the world, the better.

Our basic laws make it clear that trading is an acceptable pursuit for anyone.  Trading has become a national obsession and sickness that does nothing for those of us who are less talented and gifted.

It is mind numbing addiction and is a drain on our society.  That our brightest minds have been addicted and ruined by this from of gambling is one of the great tragedies of our current society.

There should be a law that 10% of time time that a trader spends on his trading addiction, he should be spending with his children giving them 100% of his focus, attention and love.  I am certain than less than 1% of traders today would be able to say that they can achieve this ratio.
