Subject: Canford Community Launch - A Celebration of Art
To all the Canford Community
I hope that you have received your Canford Community Calendar and your invitation to the launch of the Canford Community on Saturday 19th September – A Celebration of Art.
We are delighted that a number of OCs, staff, pupils, parents and friends of Canford have already donated some beautiful pieces for the art showcase and auction. We are particularly grateful to OC Graham Arader who has sent over some fabulous, antique maps from his gallery on Madison Avenue, New York. All proceeds from the auction go towards Canford’s international Partnership and local Community Service programmes. We are looking forward to welcoming the internationally renowned sculptor, painter and performance artist , Bruce McLean, as our guest speaker for the day.
