How To Make Ten Trillion
We owe the Chinese close to 3 trillion.
During the last 40 years they have ruined the environment in their country manufacturing worthless junk that goes into Walmart Stores, Costco and Home Depot.
The rich Chinese will want to send their children and grandchildren to the United State to live where our roads, school, doctors, hospitals, policemen, teachers, rule of law, golf courses, universities, water purity, air purity, ground purity are vastly superior.
So set up "Chinese only communities" for them.
Bring in 100,000,000 Chinese to live in the United States charging $100,000 for each person. 10,000,000,000,000 comes from the Chinese goverment.
We give them our unsalable homes in their own communities, with their own grocery stores, spas, and schools.
Lawyers being the greedy opportunists they are will have to be paid off so $10,000 of this sum per person will have to go to them for 'processing fees' in return for them not ruining this brilliant idea.
No matter what this is going to happen. It will be slower and the US will not benefit as much if they don't institutionalize this. Rich Chinese will just find a way to get in illegally. Better to have the US get the fees and have our new citizens learn to accept our rule of law right at the start.
So my prediction will be that Chinese will make up 20% of the US population by 2020.
They are coming here no matter what. Here is a way to directly benefit the government of the United States by formalizing the process.
