Dear Graham,
Thank you for your service as a member of the Columbia Psychiatry
Board of Advisors. I was sorry to miss you at our recent meeting, and
again would like to express my sincere apologies for postponing the
meeting from our original date.
At the meeting, we distributed a survey to our members to gain more
insight into your specific interests and goals for the department. I
would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the attached survey
and e-mail your responses to Dawn de León, Senior Director of
Development, at djd2152@columbia.edu. You may also mail the form to
her at: 100 Haven Avenue, Suite 29D, New York, NY 10032.
Additionally, we announced a new board initiative that will help meet
the growing goals and mission of Columbia Psychiatry. A Nominations
Committee, co-chaired by Teresa Melhado and Rob Sobel, will begin
meeting periodically to identify and recommend potential new members
to expand our board. Please make sure to include your
recommendation(s) of any potential member(s) you would like to
nominate on the attached survey.

continue to do on behalf of the department.
