Happy New Year again.  I hope to be up there before long.  I need a squash lesson, as you know.

Thanks, also, for the end of the year contributions that came our way.  I will personally reach out again to Clark Durant and Dr. Hallert to make them feel welcome and to know their gift is more than a monetary boost....it's an investment in changing how college students learn.  Beauty and science are fundamental to life and to learning.  They cannot be taught or even well-conveyed on a smart phone.  Let's continue to make college what college is best at...personal, human interactivity with high expectations for hard work, study, leadership and service.
