Close to impossible for Harris to change very much. Confiscation will ONLY occur in cities that fail but that failure is the fault of the men running those cities. They screwed up by not finding a way to handle their black population - happened in Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia but not Atlanta, Houston, Dallas. Lazy rich men who delegate deserve to lose their property. Just sitting around waiting is not an option Dallas is the way it is because from 1970 to now, the 50 most powerful men sat down every month and set a course. There never will be any confiscation there. The big question will be Harris' ability to manage. If she can't, that will hurt Americans much more that socialism I am worried that she is just not very bright.
