some of my mistakes and thoughts about Israel.

I agree with half of what you have said in reply I am a great template for how to fail as a father Would you be pleased if your son ended up running a tennis camp? And without Bibi, Israel would be a sheet of glass For me the world's greatest public speaker can do no wrong. Is your vicarious titillation the reason you are doing this FOR (?) your son At least it is not horses. Now, THAT is pure evil that cursed my first two daughters. They have not recovered My biggest mistake? Not understanding for over 40 years that the most important person for every person that ever lived is the body they came out of. They won the national high school championships. Unbelievable amounts of money. Just crazy. But as Marcus Aurelius said in Meditations - be thrifty on everything except education. I deeply regret this course - virtually nothing good came of it. NOTHING. And I am bitter with my idiotic decisions and choices. My son is fluent in German, skipped a year of school, is studying Martin Buber with my cousin in Israel for his 13th birthday. he is balanced. For you living somewhere different is good but a country that is still antisemitic is madness. Do you think Germans have changed after 1000 years of hostility????? No fucking way. Not sure you caught the Bondi Massacre. But Australia has joined the world in antisemitic madness. Yes, Germany will never cleanse itself of that illness - but it's global. Don't forget that so many of the great Jewish intellectuals were Germanic: Mahler, Marx, Freud, Walter Benjamin - the list goes on and on. Many of the Jews who invented modern Hebrew were German. You are not thinking well. I got my Polish passport through my holocaust survivor grandparents. If it's not good, if you are right, I will leave. Go where you will be loved - NYC, Miami, LA, Tel Aviv. Israel is the most exciting place to be on earth. And when your son is 30 looking to be mentored, being able to say he spent a few years living in and supporting Israel will be explosively helpful. Plus most coaches care about paying for their hot wives' lifestyle. I have family in Israel, I went there during Iran's first attack and ended up in a bomb shelter. I'd say Israel is still the least safest place for a jew. We have family and investments in Israel, but it needs to change course. Bibi is a nightmare. Better to find a Nobel prize winner or a genius engineer or property developer. But NOT a banker. Agreed. How many hours a day does he spend on social media? Playing video games? Have you tested him for drugs? None. He does not have social media and the Australian government has banned it for kids under 16. World leading on that front. I am the world's greatest failure as a father. So ignore me but at least you know how I screwed up. GRAHAM - BREATH! The world has returned to a state of ideology and war. We can't stop it, but we can do our best to moderate it. The narratives held in your gallery are a reminder of what happens when Empires conquer countries, when The Enlightenment emancipates women, when science is the light guiding our path not superstition, i.e. RFK Jnr. You have great stories to tell and those stories can help - in a very small way - with all the problems your email describes. And in doing so you will build a new and faithful audience.
