Approval
Everyone avoiding their fair share of taxes with off shore bank accounts thinks this bill is a gift from the heavens. Congress has again completely missed creating anything that is even remotely fair for the hard working tax payers of the United States.
So now consumers save $100 a year in fees to banks while they still are paying vastly higher taxes because sophisticated masters of the universe pay nothing.
There is absolutely no reason for there to be off shore banking for individuals except for a few inhabitants of certain West Indian Islands who get a small measure of work performing occasional secretarial services.
Nothing has changed.
The American public is NOT dumb. They are not giving approval because our system still is not fair.
