A secret to success.

Part time has never worked for me in 40 years.
I need people working with me who live and breathe this business 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, fifty-two weeks a year for 50 years.  It is too crazy a
business to work any less than that.

Unless you have the passion for the material it never can possibly
work.  No one can do this part time.

We both know that no one can view this whole business from a distance.

My hope is that everyone find something that you want so badly that you
cant live without it - it could be a family, a job, a charity, an area
of study - all good things.

But without a goal that is a passion it seems to me that one of the best part
of being human is missed.
