The Dec 5th auction comprises 282 lots and will feature masterpieces by the foremost natural history artists and cartographers of all time. 

The items in this sale are divided into five categories: the works of John James Audubon, natural history watercolors and color plate books, cartography (with special focus on the mapping of America & New York City maps and views) globes and atlases, New York- centric views and maps and American and European paintings.

All lots under $10,000 will be sold without reserve and with estimates based on comparable auction records, making this an excellent collecting opportunity.
