Terms for the Guernseys Auction set for December 5th
For all readers of this blog the following terms are available for the upcoming Guernseys Auction on December 5th
For all purchases (including the commission) from $10,000 to $25,000 payment can be made in three equal installments 30, 60 and 90 days after the sale. Any lot can be released as payment in full for that lot is made
For all purchases (including commission) from over $25,000 to $50,000 payment can be made in four equal installments 30, 60, 90 and 120 days after the sale. Any lot can be released as payment in full for that lot is made.
For all purchases from over $50,000 to $100,000 payment can be made in five equal installments 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 days after the sale. Any lot can be released as payment in full for that lot is made.
For all purchases over $100,000 payment can be made in six equal installments 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days after the sale. Any lot can be released as payment in full for that lot is made.
Any lot can be paid for with a gift to Northeastern University, University of Florida, University of South Carolina, Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, Prescott College. How you use this gift for tax purposes is entirely up to you, your lawyer and accountant.
