Chinese leaders are the biggest enemies that China has. Let them build their little outposts in the South China Sea.

At what towering cost have the Chinese pulled ahead to the extent they have?   Instead of cleaning up their country they are destroying precious coral reefs.  The next generation of environmentally aware rulers will put the Chinese generals in jail for doing this today.
