who funds Isis and terrorism in the Middle East????

It has always been my feeling that the top 5% of the Saudi Princes make all the decision and that the bottom 80% fall in line as long as their royalty checks come in every month. 

But what about that middle 15% that are not smart or strong enough to be in the top 5% but that dont use their royalty checks for yachts, drugs, apartments all over the world and hookers????

THEY are the ones funding terrorism and ISIS. Identifying and executing this element is key to stability in the Middle East.

The has to be a high priority for the CIA but Obama's weak managerial skills have blunted their effectiveness.  This is the tragedy of his administration and ISIS is the direct result.
