your and Paul's support of East Side Settlement House (John Sanchez) and Columbia Department of Psychiatry (Catherine Monk and Jeff Lieberman) means the world to me. 

Jeff is head of Psychiatry at Columbia with over 1000 MD's and PhD's under him doing everything they can to engender harmony in NYC.  It is my feeling that your wise association with Columbia University adds considerable luster to your mission. This is a magic institution were members are honest because they are honest not because they have "figured" out it "works."  Your decision to give them support is matched by the National Institute of Health providing more funding for Columbia than any other Medical School for the last 6 years in a row!

It is deeply meaningful to be associated with them in my small way that is magnified by your generous support.   Thank you.
