Scarce reprint of Burr NYC plate, according to some. Shows Manhattan north of 40th St. and much of Brooklyn and Williamsburgh. Legend shows Masonic & Odd Fellows lodges marked. Public buildings, churches, parks, street names, colleges, ferry lines, U.S. Navy yard, docks & wharves and much more. Hand colored by numbered precincts. Upper left corner gone, barely touching printed border. Finger size stain where glued to covers.
