Arader Galleries January 26, 2019 Auction Prices Realized

This Saturday marked another successful auction at Arader Galleries! We are delighted to announce our first sale of the year totaled $1,620,220. The 196 lot sale featured a selection of outstanding material.
Highlights included the beautiful Audubon Purple or Reddish Egret, which sold for $90,000; the Male and Female Bison from Audubon's Quadrupeds, which each sold for $20,000; a number of coveted globes ranging from $1,000 to almost $17,000 and a pair of monumental Spanish charts of the North Pacific Coast selling together for almost $60,000.
Our next Auction will be April 6th, a few weeks after we host Asia Week here in New York. The auction will feature an outstanding collection of Audubon Birds and Quads, as well as rare books, watercolors, maps and globes. Please let us know if you would like to receive a catalog.
