Why the University of Pennsylvania is a great school and how best to take advantage of the myriad opportunities it presents.

My father gave a day of his life after graduating from Penn to Penn

He was a trustee for 45 years and with a number of other giants, turned Penn into one of the best if not the best Universities in the world
Penn has the most billionaires of any school.

So how to take advantage of this towering opportunity

1.   Penn has benefited the most in the last 50 years from Jews.  No matter what religion you are, you should spend 2 months in Israel giving back to learn as much as possible about this amazing people.  Even if you clean toilets, you should find a way to be there.  It will open doors for you beyond your greatest dreams.  This body of people have made the greatest contributions to the United States since 1880.

2.   Once a month try to have a meal with a faculty member.

3.   The Humanities are what make us great. Try to stay away from all business courses except accounting and learn history, philosophy, writing, Shakespeare, Music theory.

4.    Dont compete against 100,000 men as bright, aggressive and hungry as you.  That's crazy.  Do something where there is no one as gifted as you.  That is what I did and easily made $1 billion and became the best of anyone in my field that ever lived.

5.    Try not to live with someone while you are there.  It is great to be "married" and have regular sex but it is a huge waste of the $800,000 that your parents will have to make to pay for your four years there.  And at the end of 4 years you will look at your so called "wife" and hate her as much as she hates you for being so foolish

6  Add one name to your contact relationship management database using ACT.  In 5 years it will be worth $2,000,000 at least.

7.  Give $1000 to anyone in University Advancement and tell them that you want to be involved and want to go to alumni fundraising events.

8.   Visit the American Philosophical Society (another institution that Franklin founded) the Art Museum, the Pennsylvania Academy, The Academy of Natural History and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.

6.  The greatest University President of the last 50 years is John Frye who runs Temple now.  He is a genius leader who almost single handedly has made Philadelphia a vastly better place.

7.   Beware of the risk adverse, non entrepreneurial, sanctimonious Quaker vein that has run through Philadelphia since 1681.  Their jealousy of the achievements of others and obsession with money has been a horrible burden to the community that they have infected.  All that was good about  them 340 years ago has dissipated with their inbreeding.

8.  Providing Oxygen to your brain with 35 minutes of serious aerobic exercise at least 4 times a week will dramatically sweeten all experiences
