Should I buy the Carlyle Hotel?

When my career started Peter Sharp owned the Carlyle Hotel. He was incredibly smooth. Everytime I would come up to his apartment there would be two incredibly hot women sitting on a couch. Then he died, Bunker Hunt's sister Caroline bought it and then a Chinese mogul bought the Carlyle Hotel to give his teenage daughter something to do. So now they want to unload it. Once chance in 100 that it will be cheap enough.
